I’m not in love with my order—can it be returned? What if there’s an issue?
We stand by our products. If you purchased a box with a guaranteed quantity and didn’t receive that
number of items, our team will address it. Otherwise, boxes are sold “as is”—there’s no perfect
box for everyone, but we aim for real value in every shipment.
Sealed mystery boxes ship directly from the distribution center and are unmanifested. That means contents are unsearched and quantities can vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes on sealed boxes.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—orders can be cancelled with no penalty before they ship.
I entered an incorrect address—what should I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email and let us know the correct address, then email
sales@boxflipz.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you.
Once shipped, address changes might not be possible.
