I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. The average shipping time frame for an order is 2-4 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to arrives once it ships out. Tracking numbers will be updated in real time. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at sales@boxflipz.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We stand by our products and what we sell. If you purchased a box with a guaranteed quantity and you didn’t get those number of items that’s something our team will address. Now on the other hand boxes are sold “as is” there is no way to make the perfect box for everyone but we do our best to make sure there is money to be made in every box we ship.
Sealed mystery boxes come directly from the distribution center. Therefore we do not get to view what is in them. These are UNMANIFESTED so we are unable guarantee any outcome with these boxes. Furthermore, we are not able to know how many items are inside each box. Quantities will vary.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@boxflipz.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one. As long as this is done before shipping takes place we shouldn’t have an issue.
