Overview

At Box Flipz, we aim for smooth transactions and honest expectations. Because we sell liquidation inventory—including sealed and unmanifested products—most items are sold “as is.” We stand by item counts on our customized Box Flipz boxes and will review issues case by case.

What’s Eligible for Review

  • Guaranteed item counts (Customized Box Flipz boxes): If your customized box is short on the promised item count, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps). Possible resolutions include replacement items, store credit, or a partial refund for the missing count—at our discretion.
  • Wrong or missing items due to fulfillment error: Report within 3 business days so we can correct it.

Reporting within the stated window helps us investigate with our distribution partners.

Items Sold “As Is” (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds, except where required by law:

  • Sealed Mystery Boxes (Unmanifested): Contents are unknown until opened; no guarantees of outcome or quantity. Sold “as is.”
  • Liquidation Pallets & Truckloads: Including mystery box pallets, clothing pallets, general merchandise, food pallets, Walmart return pallets, and raw Amazon pallets.
  • Scratch & Dent / Open-Box Appliances (if offered).
  • Gift cards, digital products, and promotional items.

Important: Sealed mystery boxes are not guaranteed by Box Flipz in any way.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  1. Photograph the packaging and items (if applicable).
  2. Start a claim with the carrier.
  3. Email sales@boxflipz.com with your order number and claim details.

We’ll assist where possible, but carrier claims are the fastest path for transit issues.

Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: Allowed before the order ships.
  • Incorrect address: Email sales@boxflipz.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible.

How to Request a Review

Email sales@boxflipz.com within the stated timeframes and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/video (unboxing video recommended for count checks)
  • A short description of the issue

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Banks typically post credits within 3–10 business days after we process them.

FAQ

Can I return a sealed mystery box?
No. Sealed mystery boxes are unmanifested and sold “as is,” with no guarantees.

What if my customized box is short on the promised item count?
Contact us within 3 business days with your order number and photos/video; we’ll review for replacement, credit, or partial refund.

Do you accept returns on pallets or truckloads?
No. Pallets and truckloads are liquidation programs and are final sale.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if it hasn’t shipped yet.
