Is the app live?
Yes. BoxFlipz Bidz is live on both iOS and Android. Download the app, create your account, and start bidding.
When will auctions start?
Auctions are live now. New lots are added regularly, so turn on push notifications and check back often.
How do payments work?
If you win a lot, your saved payment method is charged automatically via the app. You’ll receive an invoice in-app and via email.
What is the buyer’s premium?
A 15% buyer’s premium is added to the final hammer price of every lot and is shown clearly on your invoice.
Is shipping available?
Most auctions are local pickup only. Some lots may include freight or delivery options—check each listing for specific details and pricing.
Are sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. Most items listed in the auction are open-box unless the product description specifically states the item is NEW. Review photos and descriptions carefully before placing bids.
When can I pick up my items?
Pickup is available Monday–Friday, 12–4:30 PM (excluding holidays)
